Sanghvi Movers, the largest crane services company in India, has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary company namely 'Sanghvi Movers Vietnam' at Vietnam. The company has incorporated wholly owned Subsidiary to carry on all or any of the business of providing service for moving, rigging, dismantling, carting, hauling, transporting, erecting handling, warehousing and storing all types of materials, equipment’s goods, articles or things and providing own or hired equipment for services.  

Shares of the company gained Rs 3.15, or 1.82%, to settle  at  Rs 176.45.  The total volume of shares traded  was  16,602 at  the BSE (Thursday). The scrip has touched an intraday high of Rs 177.95 and low of Rs 174.20.
