Petron Engineering Construction witnessed a sharp rise in share price on Thursday after the company has received work order from Guruashish Construction, HDIL Towers, Bandra (East), Mumbai, for building structure works at Goregaon (West), Mumbai for a total value of approximately Rs 1.10 billion.
Shares of Petron Engineering Construction are trading at Rs 168.35, up Rs 21.35, or 14.52% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Thursday at 10:23 a.m.
The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 174.90 and low of Rs 160.10. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 82,817.
In the earlier session, the shares lost 0.88%, or Rs 1.3, at Rs 147.00. Currently, the stock is trading down 23.48% from its 52-week high of Rs 220.00 and above 37.99% over the 52-week low of Rs 122.00.
