The company has been issued a form 483 with 5 observations and these shall be responded within the time permitted.

Shares of Divis Laboratories are trading at Rs 1,129.90, down Rs 33.7, or 2.90% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Thursday at 9:53 a.m.

The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 1,138.70 and low of Rs 1,090.55. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 35,734.

Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was higher by 19.76% to 465,976 compared with 22-day average volume of 389,099.
