As part of the plans to re-start the retail operations, Visagar Polytex (VPL), engaged into manufacturing, retail and trading of women's ethnic wear,  on January 13 said that it is considering to expand its offerings beyond the ethnic wear. Accordingly, the company is acquiring the trademark of "FILLE AVIS" to retail Indo-Western Apparels. The said trademark will be a part of the company's umbrella brand for retail - "VIVIDHA".

Apart from the brick and mortar stores, "FILLE AVIS" will be used in online channels as well, the company said.

 Shares of Visagar Polytex  are trading at Rs 1.39, up Rs 0.06, or 4.51%  at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Wednesday at 12:36 p.m.

The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 1.39 and low of Rs 1.39. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 20,068.

In the earlier session, the shares gained 4.72%, or Rs 0.06, at Rs 1.33.

Currently, the stock is trading all time 52-week high, which is above 631.58% over the 52-week low of Rs 0.19.
