Gayatri Projects gained on Friday after the company in joint venture with RKTCPL bagged new order worth Rs 1.19 billion from Government of Chhattisgarh PWD Raipur.

The company has bagged an order for rehabilitation and upgradation of Sheorinarayan-Birra-Champa road.

Shares of the company gained Rs 3.45, or 2.03%, to trade at Rs 173.40. The total volume of shares traded was 13,105 at the BSE (1.14 p.m., Friday).

The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 179 and low of Rs 169. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 13,105.
