NACL Industries has entered into, a Strategic Alliance Agreement with BioWorks, Inc., one of the leading player in USA in Agricultural Bio-Products space.

Bio-Works focuses on developing green, environment friendly solutions for pest management and nutritional requirements of various crops in Agriculture, Horticulture, Turf & ornamentals and Home gardens. BioWorks is marketing a range of Bio-Products mainly in USA, Canada.

BioWorks has entered into a long term strategic alliance with the Company inter-alia providing rights to NACL to exclusively market various BioWorks products in India and other countries in South Asia.

Shares of the company declined Rs 0.05, or 0.11%, to trade at Rs 43.95. The total volume of shares traded was 19,002 at the BSE (3.11 p.m., Thursday).
