Crest Ventures (CVL) has acquired 6 lakh equity shares of Crest Wealth Management (CWMPL), its subsidiary company, from Mitesh Shah at a total consideration of Rs 43.20 lakh on June 23, 2017.

Consequent to the said acquisition, the equity holding of CVL in CWMPL has increased from 52% to 62%.

Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was lower by 82.26% to 2,514 compared with 22-day average volume of 14,170.

Shares of the company declined Rs 3.4, or 2.14%, to settle at Rs 155.40. The total volume of shares traded was 426 at the BSE (Friday).
