Sun TV Network disclosed a marginal rise in standalone net profit for the quarter ended March 2015. During the quarter, the profit of the company rose 2.74% to Rs 2,029.90 million from Rs 1,975.70 million in the same quarter last year.
Revenues for the quarter rose 5.46% to Rs 5,485.80 million, compared with Rs 5,202 million for the prior year period.
Earnings per share for the quarter stood at Rs 5.15, registering 2.79% growth over previous year period.

Shares of the company declined Rs 7.5, or 1.94%, to settle at Rs 378.70. The total volume of shares traded was 104,288 at the BSE (Friday).
