Eros International Media said that the nomination & remuneration committee approved the issue and allotment of 50,895 equity shares of Rs 10 each to the employees against exercise of stock options granted to them.

This is in accordance with SEBI (ESOS & ESPS) guidelines 1999 & Eros International Media - Employee Stock Option Scheme 2009.

Shares of the company declined Rs 9.3, or 2.73%, to trade at Rs 331. The total volume of shares traded was 58,427 at the BSE (3.17 p.m., Monday).
