Bajaj Hindusthan said that the company has decided to commence crushing operations for the season 2014-15 of all its 14 sugar mills in phased manner at the earliest.

The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till Nov. 24, 2014, falling 28.47% compared with the Sensex's 6.14% rise. It underperformed the market in past one quarter, declining 24.35% as against 7.87% rise in the Sensex.

Shares of the company declined Rs 0.7, or 3.29%, to trade at Rs 20.60. The total volume of shares traded was 456,192 at the BSE (11.53 a.m., Tuesday).
