Ashoka Buildcon, engaged in building and operating road and bridge projects, has received Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from Government of Karnataka under Karnataka State Highways Improvement Project (KSHIP). The project is for EPC and the acceptance project cost is Rs 1.10 billion.

The project is for upgradation of road from Badami Bypass junction (km 2+870) to Pattadakallu (km 21+530) in link 21E and Pattadakallu (km 0+000) to Kamatagi (km 22+280) link 21F including additional length for Badami bypass (2.190 kms).

Shares of the company gained Rs 0.6, or 0.35%, to settle at Rs 171.00. The total volume of shares traded was 32,738 at the BSE (Wednesday).
