Adani Enterprises disclosed a sharp rise in consolidated net profit for the quarter ended December 2014. During the quarter, the profit of the company rose 6.51 times to Rs 4,438.50 million from Rs 682.00 million in the same quarter previous year. Net sales for the quarter rose 29.92% to Rs 178,498.40 million, compared with Rs 137,391 million for the prior year period. Earnings per share for the quarter stood at Rs 4.04, registering 6.52 times growth over previous year period.
