Maximaa Systems announced that with reference to the company's entering into pharma segment; company has inaugurated most modern WHO-GMP Compliant manufacturing facility to manufacture company's own patented Ayurvedic formulations in the form of capsules, syrup, oil and gel.

The inaugural ceremony was scheduled on Oct. 04, 2014 at Company's Plant situated at Plot No. 804-808, New G.I.D.C., Gundlav, Valsad-396001. The Plant was inaugurated by K C Patel (Member of Parliament) and Tarlochand Singh (General Manager of Bank Of India, Mumbai North). Along with them, the other guest, to grace the function were the MLA's Kanubhai Desai, Bharalbhai Patel, Sonal Sotanki (President of Valsad Mahangar Palika), S K Mukherji (Zonal Manager, Bank of India, Mumbai North), S C Chauhan (AGM, Bank of India).

The firm has invested Rs 162.5 million and has installed automatic & semi-automatic machines to get better output. Company has also launched its OTC range of products like MaxNRG, Maxartho, Maxpilo.

Shares of the company gained Rs 0.45, or 4.92%, to settle at Rs 9.60. The total volume of shares traded was 88,280 at the BSE (Thursday).
