Hatsun Agro Product disclosed a steep drop in standalone net profit for the quarter ended March 2014. During the quarter, the profit of the company declined 34.12% to Rs 40.07 million from Rs 60.82 million in the same quarter last year.
Net sales for the quarter rose 7.70% to Rs 6,437.18 million, compared with Rs 5,977 million for the prior year period.
Earnings per share for the quarter stood at Rs 0.37, registering 33.93% decline over previous year period.
