Divis Laboratories said a decline in standalone net profit for the quarter ended June 2014. During the quarter, the profit of the company declined 4.00% to Rs 1.68 million from Rs 1.75 million in the same quarter last year.
Net sales for the quarter rose 24.37% to Rs 6.43 million, compared with Rs 5 million for the prior year period.
Earnings per share for the quarter stood at Rs 12.65, registering 3.88% decline over previous year period.

Shares of the company declined Rs 30.25, or 2%, to trade at Rs 1,482.00. The total volume of shares traded was 89,561 at the BSE (11.14 a.m., Tuesday).
