CignaTTK Health Insurance a joint venture between U.S. based global health service leader, Cigna Corporation, and Indian conglomerate TTK Group, today announced a distribution tie-up with Aditya Birla Money Insurance Advisory Services, wholly owned subsidiary of Aditya Birla Money Mart,  part of the Aditya Birla Group.

The two entities have got into a corporate agency partnership to provide comprehensive health insurance solution to consumers.

Announcing the partnership, Sandeep Patel, managing director and CEO, CignaTTK Health Insurance Company said, ''We are delighted to partner with Aditya Birla Money, to provide innovative health insurance solutions to consumers across the country. Speaking on this occasion, Sudhakar Ramasubramanian, CEO, Aditya Birla Money Mart said, ''This partnership with CignaTTK helps us to add health insurance option to our robust and growing suite of comprehensive financial services offerings for our customers.''

Shares of the company declined Rs 0.05, or 0.2%, to trade at Rs 24.75. The total volume of shares traded was 3,996 at the BSE (3.25 p.m., Thursday).
