Indo Amines has acquired an industrial Land of Pious Engineering Private situated at Plot Number A-5, MIDC Phase I, Dombivali (East), Dist. Thane, Maharashtra for further business purpose by signing the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Pious Engineering and Indo Amines.

The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till Mar. 13, 2018, falling 15.53% compared with the Sensex's 1.29% decline.  It underperformed the market in past one quarter, declining 28.26% as against 2.43% rise in the Sensex.

Shares of the company declined Rs 3.8, or 3.94%, to trade at  Rs 92.60.  The total volume of shares traded  was  2,063 at the BSE (10.17 a.m., Wednesday).
