Shilpi Cable Technologies disclosed a substantial rise in consolidated net profit for the quarter ended June 2015. During the quarter, the profit of the company rose 47.90% to Rs 554.90 million from Rs 375.19 million in the same quarter previous year.
Revenues for the quarter jumped 43.41% to Rs 10,108.83 million, compared with Rs 7,049 million for the prior year period.
Operating margin for the quarter stood at 8.25 percent as compared to 7.83 percent for the previous year period. Operating Income for the quarter was Rs 834.31 million, compared with Rs 552.225 million in the previous year period.
Earnings per share for the quarter stood at Rs 5.41, registering 42.37% growth over previous year period.

Shares of the company gained Rs 3.45, or 6.76%, to settle at Rs 54.50. The total volume of shares traded was 119,444 at the BSE (Monday).
