Nelco, leading VSAT solutions provider on January 28 reported 4.66% rise in consolidated net profit at Rs 38.2 million for December quarter 2020.

The company had posted a profit after tax of Rs 36.5 million for the year-ago period.

Income from operations increased 3.89% to Rs 585.5 million in the quarter as against Rs 563.6 million in the same period a year ago.

Total expenses grew 6.80% to Rs 548.4 million for December quarter 2020 compared with Rs 513.5 million in the same period previous fiscal.

Nelco EPS increased to Rs 1.67 in December 2020 from Rs 1.60 in December 2019.

Shares of the company declined Rs 0.40, or 0.19%, to settle at  Rs 207.85.  The total volume of shares traded  was 9,124 at the BSE (Thursday).
