Mukand Engineers swung to a loss for the quarter ended December 2015. During the quarter, the company reported a loss of Rs 42.20 million compared with a profit of Rs 2.40 million in the same quarter last year.
Revenues for the quarter declined 58.46% to Rs 149.10 million, compared with Rs 358.90 million for the prior year period.
Operating margin for the quarter stood at negative 18.18 percent as compared to a postive 4.63 percent for the previous year period. Operating loss for the quarter was Rs 27.10 million, compared with an operating income of Rs 16.60 million in the previous year period.
Earnings per share stood negative at Rs 3.35 compared with Rs 0.19 in same quarter last year.
