Wipro, one of the leading software exporters, announced that the board of directors have considered and approved declaration of final dividend 350% or of Rs 7 a equity share of par value Rs 2 each.

Further, the payout date for final dividend, when declared at the Annual General Meeting of the Company, is fixed as July 31, 2015.

Shares of the company gained Rs 3.85, or 0.67%, to settle at Rs 578.80. The total volume of shares traded was 252,304 at the BSE (Tuesday).
