Tube Investments of India said that the company has allotted 19,228 equity shares of Rs 2 each.

Further, with this allotment, the number of equity shares outstanding has increased from 18,70,28,632 to 18,70,47,860 and the paid up equity share capital from Rs 37,40,57,264 to Rs 37,40,95,720.

Shares of the company gained Rs 10.75, or 3.17%, to settle at Rs 349.70. The total volume of shares traded was 26,790 at the BSE (Wednesday).
