Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a leading IT services, consulting and business solutions organization, today announced a global collaboration with Red Hat, the world's leading provider of open source solutions.

This collaboration will provide an NFV (Network Function Virtualization) Orchestration and Test Solution based on the Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform and allow customers to quickly enable validation of service design, orchestration, functional testing and characterization of NFV services.

Shares of the company gained Rs 10.2, or 0.39%, to settle at Rs 2,616.55. The total volume of shares traded was 48,241 at the BSE (Wednesday).
