R Systems International disclosed a marginal rise in consolidated net profit for the quarter ended June 2015. During the quarter, the profit of the company rose 3.00% to Rs 143.45 million from Rs 139.27 million in the same quarter last year.
Revenues for the quarter rose marginally 3.45% to Rs 1,662.78 million, compared with Rs 1,607 million for the prior year period.
Operating margin for the quarter stood at 12.87 percent as compared to 12.51 percent for the previous year period. Operating Income for the quarter was Rs 213.96 million, compared with Rs 201.145 million in the previous year period.
Earnings per share for the quarter stood at Rs 1.13, registering 3.67% growth over previous year period.

Shares of the company gained Rs 13.75, or 19.96%, to trade at Rs 82.65. The total volume of shares traded was 141,739 at the BSE (3.43 p.m., Wednesday).
