Persistent Systems, a global company specializing in software product and technology services, acquired 100% of the stock of RGEN Solutions through its wholly owned subsidiary, Persistent Systems Inc., incorporated In California, USA.

Earlier, the company has helped entrepreneurs Diane Lubinskas develop and launch VisitOps customer visit management solution on the salesforce Appexchange, unifying the many aspects of planning and orchestrating customer visits into one easy-to-use and intuitive app.

Shares of the company declined Rs 3.65, or 0.58%, to trade at Rs 621.50. The total volume of shares traded was 23,308 at the BSE (12.30 p.m., Friday).
