Nihar Info Global, an IT solutions and products company, announced that the company has entered in to an agreement with Annaamalai Garments for sale of wide range of kids wear through company's e-Commerce B2B portal www.banyanstore.com.

Earlier the company had entered into an agreement with Archfab, a partnership firm for online sale of home furnishings and linens.

Shares of the company gained Rs 2.6, or 8.18%, to trade at Rs 34.40. The total volume of shares traded was 61,057 at the BSE (11.57 a.m., Monday).
