Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore has picked 0.62% stake in Prism Cement for Rs 317.61 million on Monday. Morgan Stanley purchased 3.14 million shares at a price of Rs 101.

Today, shares of the company are active for second day post acquisition of share by Morgan Stanley.

Shares of Prism Cement are trading at Rs 106.70, up Rs 3.15, or 3.04% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Tuesday at 11:47 a.m. The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 108 and low of Rs 104.30.

Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was higher by 1,279.30% to 2,113,288 compared with 22-day average volume of 153,215.

In the earlier session, the shares rose 3.29%, or Rs 3.3, at Rs 103.55.
