MindTree is an India-based international Information Technology (IT) consulting and implementation company that delivers business solutions through global software development.

Shares of the company declined Rs 51.6, or 3.96%, to trade at Rs 1,252.85. The total volume of shares traded was 10,756 at the BSE (2.02 p.m., Monday).
