KNR Construction, a multi domain infrastructure development organization, announced the company's 51:49 joint venture with Tomar Builders & Contractors Private (KNR-TBCPL JV) has been awarded by Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation (MPRDCL) of Madhya Pradesh an orders worth Rs 1.09 billion. This order to be completed within 24 months from the appointed date.

Further, the trading window of the company shall remain closed from known i.e. Nov 24, 2014 to Nov. 25, 2014 (both days inclusive) in connection with the above.

Shares of the company gained Rs 10.65, or 3.4%, to trade at Rs 324.10. The total volume of shares traded was 48,023 at the BSE (11.59 a.m., Monday).
