IVRCL bags orders worth Rs 12.56 bn

IVRCL, engaged in infrastructure business, announced that the irrigation & water division of the company have bagged orders of the value of Rs 12.56 billion. The company has bagged an order of Rs 10.23 billion from Karnataka Neeravari Nigam, Government of Karnataka for Tubchi-Babaleshwar lift head works under lifty irrigation scheme.

In water division, the company has bagged an order of Rs 1.37 billion from Bharat Heavy Electricals for the work of package-5, Civil, structural and architectural works of complete raw water reservoir intake water pump house. The firm has also bagged another order in water division of Rs 956 million (Rs 0.96 billion) from Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran, Urban & rural scheme division, Nagpur.

Shares of the company gained Rs 0.5, or 3.4%, to trade at  Rs 15.20.  The total volume of shares traded  was  690,165 at the BSE (10.54 a.m., Monday).
