Indiabulls Real Estate disclosed a sharp rise in consolidated net profit for the quarter ended June 2015. During the quarter, the profit of the company rose 2.33 times to Rs 906.84 million from Rs 388.55 million in the same quarter last year.
Revenues for the quarter rose 21.01% to Rs 7,382.38 million, compared with Rs 6,101 million for the prior year period.
Operating margin for the quarter stood at 31.64 percent as compared to 22.51 percent for the previous year period. Operating Income for the quarter was Rs 2,335.97 million, compared with Rs 1373.52 million in the previous year period.
Earnings per share for the quarter stood at Rs 2.13, registering 2.34 times growth over previous year period.

Shares of the company declined Rs 1.15, or 1.83%, to settle at Rs 61.80. The total volume of shares traded was 1,830,982 at the BSE (Monday).
