IDFC said that the company has allotted 2,82,250 fully paid up equity shares of Rs 10 each to the employees of the company in terms of the Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).

The company recently allotted 138,637 fully paid up equity shares of Rs 10 each to the employees of the company in terms of the Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).

Shares of the company gained Rs 2.4, or 1.55%, to trade at Rs 157. The total volume of shares traded was 206,297 at the BSE (2.11 p.m., Monday).
