He will serve on the Management team of the company and report to COO, Nirav Shah.

Deependra will be based out of the company's headquarters in Mumbai and be part of the company's executive management holding global responsibility for all strategy and execution for the Human Resources function. His key responsibilities will include Corporate HR, employee and talent management, organizational performance planning and management, HR service delivery management, compliance & governance regulation.
