Ashoka Buildcon announced that one of its project SPVs, Ashoka Highways has completed refinancing of its debt of Rs 3.24 billion with ICICI Bank.  After refinancing the interest cost has been reduced to 11.5% p.a. resulting in a saving of 1.50% p.a. and extension of repayment period.
Shares of the company declined Rs 3.5, or 2.38%, to settle at Rs 143.50. The total volume of shares traded was 246,363 at the BSE (Friday).
