ABB, a leading player in power and automation technologies, announced the company has raised Rs 6 billion through issue of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs).
The company said the committee constituted by the board of directors at its meeting today allotted 600 rated listed, unsecured redeemable NCDs of face value of Rs. 10 million each at par.
The NCDs were issued on private placement basis to the identified investor.
Shares of the company gained Rs 1.9, or 0.16%, to settle at Rs 1,192.30. Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was lower by 73.70% to 40,401 compared with 22-day average volume of 153,637. (Friday).
